Prayer: Come, Holy Spirit, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and prepare me to be your holy and obedient vessel, like Mary; fill me with a new blossoming of virtue and enlarge my heart so that I may have the grace to live more fully the New Commandment of Love.

Meditation Song:

“New Wine” by Hillsong Worship

Journaling questions after listening to the meditation and meditation song:

1) Jesus, in what ways do You want to make me Your willing and obedient vessel of Love, like Mary, so that the New Wine of the Holy Spirit can powerfully flow through me to others?

2) Jesus, in what ways do You want to enlarge my heart as Your vessel to live out more fully the New Commandment of Love in my daily life?
